In January 2025, our company delivered 5 metric tons of Vinylbenzyl Chloride (97% purity) to a German resin and polymer manufacturer facing serious challenges with batch purity fluctuation, inconsistent polymerization, and product discoloration from previous suppliers.

After evaluating their reaction system, we optimized our process with temperature-controlled synthesis and online HPLC monitoring, ensuring ≥97% purity and minimal by-product formation. To meet Germany’s strict transport safety standards, we used fluorinated anti-corrosion drums and nitrogen-sealed packaging, effectively preventing oxidation or leakage during shipment.
